Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Direct Primary Care, membership, insurance, and working with the practice.

What does membership include?

Membership includes primary care access with Dr. Meyer, including preventive visits, routine primary care, chronic condition management, medication management, and communication through phone, video, or messaging.

Do you accept insurance?

No. The Direct Primary Care membership model does not bill insurance. Patients pay the membership fee directly to the practice.

Can I still use insurance for other healthcare needs?

Yes. Insurance can still be used for care outside the practice, including specialist care, hospital services, prescriptions, emergency care, labs, imaging and other covered services.
